Local leaders reinforce the Safebook Horizons Project in promoting youth safety.

As part of the implementation of the Safebook Horizons – New Methodologies in Youth Work project, co-financed by the Erasmus+ Youth program, the Social Development Hub selected local organizations that will facilitate capacity building in the impact areas targeting young people from various local communities, promoting a culture of safety.

Community leaders Carlos Tavares, from the Maracanã Association, Fidel Mendonça, from the Fidel Mendonça Foundation, and Edmilson Garcia from the Achada Grande Trás Football School Association (EFAT), will have the opportunity to participate in training that will take place in Serbia in August, promoting the development of the skills proposed by the Safebook Horizons concept.

As entities certified by the Comunidade365 program, their selection was justified by the fact that they represent organizations with good governance and youth community impact.
