Elton Gonçalves — Vice-President of the Board

With significant experience at WeCare, Associação Lideras, and the Cape Verde Paralympic Committee, Elton Gonçalves has accumulated extensive expertise in project management, team building, and promoting social entrepreneurship. He was a Mandela Washington Fellow (YALI) at Indiana University (USA) and currently works at the High Authority for Immigration, developing social entrepreneurship initiatives. Elton Gonçalves takes on the role of Social Entrepreneurship.
